Welcome to Mill Lane Farm. Our 15th Century farmhouse is set in the beautiful countryside on the Norfolk and Suffolk border.
Enjoy the views out over our fishing lake from the Drawing Room where you will be served a hearty breakfast made from locally sourced produce, eggs from our free-range chickens and when available bacon and sausages from our home reared pigs. If you prefer a lighter start to the day there is also a selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts etc. We will endeavour to cater for special dietary needs. Please let us know at the time of booking. On warm summer mornings we can arrange for you to breakfast on the patio if you wish
Mill Lane Farm is on the outskirts of the village of Weybread. There are some lovely walks on the doorstep and you will find an abundance of charming Norfolk and Suffolk villages to explore.
For your evening meal we can recommend some excellent restaurants and pubs only a short drive away. Our home will make a perfect base for exploring historical villages, the Norfolk and Suffolk coast and if you simply want to relax and unwind in the countryside, please stay and enjoy the comforts of our home.The local pub is only a short walk across a field. Wi-fi is available.
If you're an angler, this is the perfect location for you (the lake, Weybread Fishery, is literally a hop, skip and jump away). Please ensure you book your day's fishing at the same time as your stay. Please refer to the Fishery site for day ticket tariffs and rules. Day Tickets are purchased on the bank on the day. The spacious gardens are available for you to wander and enjoy. Take a stroll around the lake, savour the views and observe the abundant wildlife and the animals on our smallholding.
