Arrival time is between 4pm & 6pm (unless otherwise arranged) Mill Lane Farm is a non smoking household.
Guests are asked to vacate the room by 10.30am on the day of departure
A non refundable deposit of £20.00 per night is required to secure your booking. On receiving your deposit, your reservation will be guaranteed and we will confirm receipt via email (or by post on request ) This will be deducted from your final bill, payable on the morning of your departure.
Payment by cash or cheque only. (cheques made payable to Mill Lane Farm B & B)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of normal arrival time ( between 4-6pm) will be charged the full cost of the booking. We will attempt to rebook your cancellation and if successful we will reimburse you in full. Cancellations made before 72 hours charges are covered by your deposit.
Fishing Tariffs
Please note that Day Ticket fishing is available and tickets are purchased on the bank on the day. Please ensure you book your day's fishing at the same time as you book your stay at Mill Lane Farm to avoid disappointment.

adults £8.00
senior citizens £7.00
juniors up to 15yrs £6.00
